Bagasse

Bagasse is a product that is created from the fibre left over when a sugarcane plant is harvested and squeezed for its juice. Up until recently, this fibre was disposed of, but now it can be used as a type of food container in place of products like polystyrene containers. Bagasse is biodegradable and compostable within 90 days, so whether it is thrown out on the street, or composted to be used back within the growing process, its effects on the environment will be minimal. It is widely renowned as the most eco-friendly material used in the foodservice industry.

    Paper

The paper our containers are made out of comes from forest wood pulp that is non-toxic and safe. Our paper products are biodegradable, and if they are not lined with plastic in order to contain liquids, they are also compostable. They provide a great alternative to plastic products.
